1. Your account

You need an account to enrol in courses. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Courses and access

When you buy or enrol in a course you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it for your own learning, for as long as the platform operates.

You may not share your account, download or redistribute course videos, or use the content to train or build competing products.

We may update course content to keep it accurate. If a course is withdrawn, students who paid for it keep access for at least 12 months or receive a pro-rata refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes we are required to collect, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. Access is granted once the provider confirms the payment.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in reviews.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

6. Liability

Courses are educational. They are not professional, legal, medical or financial advice for your specific situation.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact

We will give notice of material changes to these terms by email or on the site before they take effect.
