Refund Policy

Last updated October 13, 2026

Demo deployment: this is template text written for the product. Have it reviewed for your company and jurisdiction before launch.

We want you to be happy with what you learn. If a course is not right for you, you can ask for your money back.

1. The 14-day refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have completed less than 30% of the course's lessons.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 working days to show it.

2. What happens to access

A full refund removes the course from your account. A partial refund (for example as a goodwill gesture) does not.

3. Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days. By starting to watch a paid lesson you agree that the content is supplied immediately, which can end that statutory right — our own 14-day policy above still applies.

4. How to ask

Use the Contact page with your order number (shown under Orders in your account). We reply within two working days.
